The cable system of our coil strapping
packing line is completely controlled by the computer and driven by the
Mitsubishi servo motor. The servo motor and the main motor can run
simultaneously.
Control panel: man-machine interface
control system, direct touch by screen, more convenient operation.
Central computer control system: it can
control the coiling speed, coil length, warning system, line speed adjustment,
indicator light, emergency stop, etc.
The machine can still change the length,
line diameter, line speed and other data in the running condition, avoid the
inconvenience of stopping adjustment, and monitor the speed and length of the
wire and the whole machine operation on the screen.
Microcomputer memory can store 99 kinds of
different coil specifications. When you need to change the product
specifications, just read the stored specifications and don’t need to re-input.
5. Automatic Labeling Machine
The automatic labeling machine of our automatic
coil strapping wrapping line is an automatic packaging machine which uses
adhesive glue reel label paper to tear off the label paper continuously and
place it to the required position. The device is controlled by computer
programming with excellent and reliable performance. The wires are labeled
before heat shrinking, so the labels will not tear off.

7. Thermal Shrink Packaging Machine
This machine of the automatic coil
strapping wrapping line is primarily used for thermal shrinkage of the
packaging film on the coil. The thermal shrink packaging machine uses imported
digital thermostat with high precision temperature control. Automatic alarm
function significantly helps to improve the safety of operator.

2. Payment Items
30% of total amount should be paid by T/T
upon the confirmation of order.
70% of total amount should be paid by T/T
at sight prior to delivery.
3. Delivery and package
Delivery: cargo will be ready for dispatch within 45
days after the receipt of down payment.
Package: standard for sea shipping.
4. Installation and commission
We will send one mechanical engineer and
one electrical engineer for machine installation guidance and start up (no-load
test).
After finishing no-load test of the
machine, the engineers will make trial running of the machine (loaded test)
with buyer’s operator.
The buyer will be responsible for
engineers’ round air tickets, accommodation, insurance and other charges. The
allowance of each engineer abroad is $50/person per day dated from his arrival
to leave.
The buyer must make sure the engineer’s
food, business travel, accommodation, work environment and personal safety.
5. Quality Guarantee and Service Scope
Inspection before machine dispatch:
The buyer could inspect the machine before shipment at the manufacturer’s site.
Dimension of the machine, no. of equipment, outer finish and conditions of running shall be checked.
Training
The seller’s engineers will give thoroughly training during machine installation and commission at the
customer’s site.
Quality guarantee
Warranty
period: within 12 months from the date of B/L issue or acceptance report. The
motor and PLC warranty for coiling machine, tying machine and thermal shrink
packaging machine are extended from 12 months to 18 months.
During
the warranty period, if any problem owns to the design, manufacturing,
installing, commission, the seller shall send the parts to be changed free of
charge, except damage by man-made sabotage.
If the
problem can’t be handled by changing parts through email, thus the engineers
will be needed. In such case, the buyer should give detailed explanation to get
the seller’s confirmation.
The
seller will buy the engineer’s round air tickets.
The buyer
will be responsible for the engineers’ accommodation, insurance, and $50 daily
allowance.
Out of
warranty period: we offer paid service.
